Delete your SlaysForDays account

Deleting your account takes your wardrobe, your looks, your plans and your photos with it. It happens the moment you confirm it, and it cannot be undone.

Delete it yourself, in the app

Open SlaysForDays and go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account.
Type the email address on the account, then tap Delete my account.

The app signs you out and shows the sign-in screen when the account is gone. Nothing is deleted if the address does not match the account, and nothing is deleted if the step fails.

Ask us by email instead

Write to legal@slaysfordays.com from the address on the account and say you want it deleted. We answer within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account: email address, name, avatar, and your profile settings — language, theme, style preferences, beauty preferences, and the saved location used for weather.
Every wardrobe item you added, with its photo. The picture is removed from our storage, not just unlinked.
Your lookbooks, saved outfits, planner entries and wear history.
Your squad activity: looks you posted, votes you cast, and the squads you created.
Shared wardrobes: a closet you own closes, and your seat in someone else’s closet is removed.
Reports you have filed about another user.
Records of your AI usage and any Pro access granted to the account.
The local copy of all of the above on the device you deleted the account from.

Deleting part of your data, without deleting the account

You can remove single items at any time in the app, and they go from our servers and from this device the same way:

A wardrobe item: open it in the Closet and delete it. Its photo is deleted with it.
A saved look, or a whole look collection, from the Looks screens.
A planned outfit on a day in the Planner.
A look you posted to a squad, and a vote you cast on someone else’s look.
Your display name and the other fields on the Profile screen.

Profile also has Export data, which writes what the app holds about you to a file you can keep or send elsewhere.

What is kept, and why

Reports other users filed about your account stay on record after the account is deleted, with your user id attached. A complaint that disappears because the person it describes deleted their account is not a usable record for the person who filed it. No other data about you is kept after deletion.

Your Google Play subscription does not end here. Deleting the account does not cancel it, and you will keep being charged. Cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or in the Play Store app.

Timing

Deletion in the app is immediate: there is no waiting period and no way to restore the account afterwards. An emailed request is carried out within 30 days of the request.
